Developing Online web-Camera

As a part of my project i need to develop a solution for the production of online video clip through webcamera. We like the users to be abel to make a presentation video of themselves via web-cam. The production of the video takes place on a web page after login. We would like to divide the recording of the video into 5 sequencees. A normal sequence should be around one minute each, but in some special cases up to 5 minutes. After each sequence we would like the user to be able to view, edit ore save, before moving on to next sequence. After finishing the 5 sequences, we would to put the sequences together to make a complete video.(but still with the possibility of editing each sequence later if needed) The footage should be in real time and have the green room - effect, ie when the user sits in their livingroom or kitchen and record their video CV, the background of the recording looks neutral / same for all the users, predefined by the webpageadministrator. This means that the background of each recording is the same and due to a premade layer (background). Everyone gets a standard neutral background for his/her video (regardless of where they are sitting and doing the recording). This is called the green room effect. In addition the webpageadministrator must be able to access all recorded videos and be able to generate sequences and edit them after own choice. While editing the videos the webpageadministrator must be able to add text on the screen. The recorded videos must contain sound. We would also like to include a "manus generator" that gives the person recording videos a premade text/manus/keywords (based on his own inputs) while recording their video. Is there a company who can do this? Best regards
