Design homepage only for a new 'just for fun' website

Hi,
I need somebody to create a funky webpage for my website.
* target demographic 18 - 25
* incorporate social media i.e. facebook like, google plus, follow me on twitter)
* just ONE page is all i need - the website is basically a one page site (i may add an about page, etc but ill just clone design)
* also a smaller mobile version of the page to fit android / iphone screen
basic concept is that users come to the site if they are feeling hungover and click a button on the site. This builds stats based on location so users can see how many people are hungover across the world, their city and in their vicinity (based on a radius they can choose).
I will provide more detailed spec on awarding the project.
