*****TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE ON THIS PROJECT*********Fast is good I am starting a company called "Virtual Real Estate". The website will really more for the real estate agents that will work here than the consumer. Let me give you a basic summary. Virtual Real Estate really means working without an office to go to so the real estate agents that work at this company will be working on the outside in there own homes. For starters, the opening of this website needs to be fabulous and spectacular, so when the agent types in: [login to view URL] and presses enter- I want the opening to be impressive. So when they open it they think "Wow this is cool"---Im not website saavy, but maybe a flash opening? or 3d is it? Or whatever you can think of to open it up with. But I want it to say "Virtual Real Estate" . If youve done something like a cool opening in the past send the link. The website will be broken into 2 areas. Area 1 is a place to recruit new agents---So it will have an area that describes the company as well as an area for them to sign up with the company etc(I will provide the content). Area 2 will be a place where the outside agents that have already been hired can access industry contracts that can be downloaded(if its easy enough, maybe allow them to fill the contracts online). I would like the contract side of it to be password protected to authorized agents only.(so i would give them the password when they sign on.
