Convertir una plantilla de una web

Hi, I would like a new Bootstrap 3.3 HTML5/CSS3 template created, that replicates an existing layout. This is the website: [login to view URL] Some small layout changes are required, as specified in the attached image file. Important things to note: 1) I want a clean, RESPONSIVE Bootstrap 3 template. No auto-generators unless they provide a file that can be edited by hand and doesn't have clutter. 2) Please use as many Bootstrap tools & components as possible. There's no need to add other libraries or CSS files, unless there's a very good reason to do so. Jasny Bootstrap & Font Awesome may be exceptions. 3) SASS is preferred over plain CSS. If you know how to work on it, that's a big plus. 4) This needs to be responsive so please take care of small details in different viewports: iPhone 6s portrait & landscape, iPad portrait & landscape, Android sizes, etc. It needn't be too device-specific, it just needs to look & behave good. 5) Also important to test on all major browsers.
