Convert a Template to a Website

Starting from [login to view URL] the missing elements should be built keeping the code as simple as possible, but still styled in a minimal way: add the proper fonts and sizes like in example, paddings and alignments, eventualy a border radius where it fits. The result should be css/html only and jQuery just for lightbox. Below you can find all elements. The ones with * are already done, but if anything can be improved I am open to sugestions. The ones with - must be done. The ones with + could be more complex than could look in the first place. Please send a timeframe (no rush, your call) and a price for the whole project or per hour or preferably both :) If the project runs fine there are some other pages that should be created on the same model.
