Convert a Template to a Website

This is the closest thing to what I want: [login to view URL] The site can be much simpler, I just need this functionality: 1. Most important part of the site is that they are able to group videos by topic on a single page: [login to view URL] I need that. 2. Next most important, is there a plug in that can do some of what this site claims it can do? [login to view URL] 3. I’m assuming there is a plug in that can do this: [login to view URL] 4. I want the ability to add videos, with a frame, a title, and some info about the video as the mouse hovers over it. In other words, I need an archived or hidden post, page, or category, whatever, that allows me to add videos and text later. 5. I want to be able to simply add or change the name of the menu or text inside a page later by myself. Once the site is build, I need to be able to make basic changes, mostly add text, titles, and youtube video links. I signed up for a [login to view URL] premium account trial. Haven't paid yet. I was able to create a custom menu, add pages, add text, etc. I just can't change the design, don't know CSS or HTML. So I can't get the header the way I want, I can't format pages the way I want, etc. I own a domain. What's the easiest way to do this? Should you customize a [login to view URL] theme, so that it's easy for me to change? Just to be clear there is a [login to view URL], which is easier for novices like me, and there is a [login to view URL] which requires more work to maintain a site. What I like about wordpress is that there are tutorials. If you installed a wordpress website on another hosting services, would it be just as easy for me to use?
