Convert a Template to a Website

We have an initial landing page launched (hosted on AWS).
We are looking to integrate a blog with our website so we can publish content on it regularly. The template to be used for the blog is here: [login to view URL]
We already have an Android app and we are going to use our existing back-end infra (in Django-Python) to publish the content on the website. Our backend engineer will give an API which will send all the data required to populate the above template.
Based on the above, we need to
a) Integrate the new template for the blog
b) Host it on the server
c) Integrate the API so that the relevant content is pulled on the front-end
d) Make sure relevant meta-tags are added and the website is indexed for Google
