Converge Two Web Page Templates

I have two web page templates. I like aspects of both and need someone to merge the two the way I want. This should be a short simple project. Once I have the template the way I want it I will be posting some more work here to help build it. This is just a first step.
This project is mostly changing a gradient color on the background, modifying the color of the menu buttons, and some html changes such as table width, etc.
I am looking to pay under $50 and looking for someone who is willing to do the work within 24 hours of winning the bid.
