I have a landing page on a platform called Instapages, it is like get response or leadpages. I have a webpage with an optin form designed in wordpress. When someone fill out the optin form on lead pages by entering there first name last name email address phone number, and click submit.... The contact info needs to be redirected to the wordpress form so they don't have to re-enter the same info twice.

I can see that you're wanting when someone fill out the option form on your lead pages and click submit then the contact info need to be redirected to the wordpress form so they don't have to re-enter the same info.
