Require a website connected to VOIP service using WebRTC. Similar to tdispatch.com.

Please give thought out quotes. Once price is agreed it will not be changed. And first milestone will be at 50% completion (i.e most functionality done)

To help in your technical proposal...

the taxi base is using Vonage VOIP calls. The website will need to detect the call coming in on the vonage line.... (or alternative call provider that works better with webRTC). it will then need to show on the screen the call number and any customer details from customer database.
