I need a website and backend database with an interface identical to this site's setup to include fixed price items and the auction facility. The site will need to pull info from a manageable datasource (i.e. SQL database or comparable) and update in real time.

These are the basic elements I need:

1. Account registration

2. Account management via login for bidding/buying, seller listings/postings, changes to listings

3. Filters for keyword, category, location, lot type, condition, etc

4. Categories with Subsections

5. Advanced Search

I need to know that you have done this type of work previously, so references are a must!
