Chinese classifieds website

Hi, I need a Chinese website designed. My server supports mysql. You can use whatever languages you want, but it needs to support mysql database. PHP is fine. It's a free classifieds website. The pages are: sign up login/log out post ads (includes users content management, delete, update, photo loading, invite friends) Ads keyword search Ads category browse search All dynamic pages must have static URL, that is, no parameters in URL. All pages will be in simplified Chinese, I will send you the texts in English. So you will need to tanslate a few paragraphs into Chinese. I have the logo. Please show me some of your previous work and the lower bidders are prefered. Thank you.
