Change magento product page layout - Fix checkout page layout

Hi, I need some things fixed on my magento website. 1) I need to change my product page to something similar to the link below. 1.a) Add Choose Your country option and "Buy at Amazon" link with modern styling. 1.b)Add Product Specification section 1.c)Better/more compact title text and link path styling. 1.d)Add Paypal checkout button 1.e)Setup Description layout and styling similar to reference (Placeholder for image and text) reference link: [login to view URL] reference link2: [login to view URL] 2) Fix Checkout page, update layout/css to modern style 3) Fix "added to cart" notification and "view cart" layout on the upper right of the page. It's okay to completely change theme but I will need the same kind of simplistic home page. I will message selected candidates with my website information. I had previous custom work done on the website therefor, I already have the "Buy from Amazon" link integrated but I need it for multiple countries(same as reference 1). **Note: During my theme installation, to fix a bug, I modified the master layout settings so that 3 columns = 1 column (regular, not full screen)
