Car Rental Company needs a Web-based SMS and or Email Invoicing system to Invoice Customer tolls charges for their rental vehicle. Current web based car rental software does not have a API but has several Export features. Web based system need to be able to send out and email/SMS message to the client and then allow them to be able to pay by a link for there highway toll charges. Programmer needs to be able to put together a solutions that will send out SMS via any services including google Voice if necessary.
Tolls charges come in from dirrect sources and may have to be manually put in.. We have to download them from websites and copy and paste them into a excel spreadsheet them sort them by date, then figure out what licesene plate they belong to, then figure out which cusotmer had that car on the date then invoice them in Quick books, then charge the customer card. There are a lot of steps we are trying to get rid of by getting this software developed.
