CSS Slicing service website

Hi there, I am a programmer that hires an external program from India to do slicing / basing for me. The work they deliver is so good and for such a good price that i think i can re-sell their slicing / basing services. Unfortunately i am not a designer so i need someone to make a fancy looking website for this. The website can be created in English, i will translate the site my self. For the design i need 3 separate pages. 1. A frontpage, 2. A static text page, 3. Contact page. **The frontpage** The frontpage should be made up of three sections: 1. A header header contans a logo and a menu with the following links: "Psd to HTML","Magento","Joomla","Wordpress". 2. The middle section, a large part of the page that contains the text: "We convert your psd file to w3c valid html / css code in three simple steps" 3. Three icons for each step and beside that a small text. 3.1 Step 1: upload your psd file. 3.2 Step 2: recieve an offer within 24 hrs. 3.3 Step 3: Approve and recieve your html / css code. Then i want a list with some bullets, probably three columns, in the bullets i state some unique selling points like: "100% money back guarantee", "30 days support included", "Valid html5 / css3", "Newest techniques" etc. Below that a footer with some small text and on the left side in the footer my last 10 tweets or blogs. They should include the date, a link and the name of a person that made the post. **The static content page** Include 2 or 3 photos that create a nice atmosfere, the footer and the header offcourse. **The contact page** The contact page should include the same information as this page: [login to view URL]** ** These websites show a littlebit what i want: [login to view URL] http://[login to view URL] [login to view URL] For the rest it is a relatively free assignment, make it something cool, i hope it will look a bit web2 like so with round corners etc.
