CS CART Skin Design

We need an experienced cs cart skins designer for 2 days project. You must redesign the skin, make it look more professional and user [login to view URL] all the applicants must have imagination beyond the limits. We need also rss addon , 3 newsletters to run on cs cart newsletter option and some codes on the right bottom page to be placed. Note that the design is only for cs cart and must working. The Bids must be under 80 USD. Above this amount the bids will be declined. Payment will be proceeded when the project is finished completely without bugs and problems.
