Build a Website with Asp.Net and Azure Storage with Dropbox/OneDrive data uploads

The project will be hosted on a Azure WebApp and make use of its ecosystem. We need to create a simple responsive website with the following specifications: 1. Login system with two user roles using Azure Active Directory. One will be regular user group, while other will be the admin user group. 2. After login there the user will have access to two pages. One will show his configured jobs while the page 2 will show all his status of the job runs. 3. For page 1: The user should be able to enter some basic details like job code and frequency of download. These will be the messages that will feed an existing downloading webjob that will download the required file at the configured interval. Once the file is downloaded, the Page 1 will also have parameters that will allow user to upload the files onto OneDrive and/or Dropbox (You will need to allow the user to authenticate the app and store the Access Token.) 4. For Page 2: It will show the status of the jobs that are run, in a simple tabular format with labels etc. The table should allow for sort/filter/select ranges. 5. A basic setup page, where the admin can allow to change the frequency of download options. 6. You will create a basic azure job, that at periodic time intervals will read the jobs in the table and create queue messages for the the data downloader to process the appropriate jobs. The admin will be able to see all the jobs and the users will only be able to access the jobs that they have created. The developer will create mock-ups for the dashboard and discuss the specifics with me before programming. Preference will be given to the folks who have had prior experience with Azure Cloud Programming. I estimate this work to be completed within two weeks.
