Build a Shopify website based upon PSD design (may use template as foundation)

For an upcoming fashion brand I need a developer who can transform my PSD design into a Shopify webstore. I'm a front end developer myself (mostly build custom Wordpress websites) so I know what to hand over for you to start but I don't developer Shopify websites. If added the sitemap. I already have some designs, can share them later. We have priority #1 & #2 items. I'd like to have 2 different quotes. I added them at the bottom. Website may be built upon a template so we can use the search form, cart, my account, wishlist and all that stuff. Because this is a very important client I'm looking for a developer who has an awesome Shopify portfolio. Of course there is a deadline but I'd rather want you to work on your pace.
