Build an Online Store for 1 or items

I need a simple eCommerce website with standard features..product listing, descritptions, zoom feature. I only have 1 product at this moment. NEed payment by paypal. This is simple ..if I need to expand the items for sale i want to be able to easly add more. Show me simple eCommerce Shopfy websites you have done. Winner will be provided cpanel details to begin work. Also need all google ad words submitted.
