There will not be any delay from my side, if you have all the data in place including the payment gateway credentials. All data for pages like about us- terms n conditions should be provided by you. Also, the theme will be selected by you and given. I would recommend to go with supply theme, as it has good features and is Free. I have developed and built my own site www.barksnlicks.com. Creating any sort of banners or other graphical work is not included within this budget, and will cost extra if required.
