Build an Online Store

Serious inquiries only. I am seeking someone to provide a Website similar to an ebay platform for a start-up. This will be an online buy/sell and auction site, of a very different kind. I have investors backing this start-up, so the execution must be good. I prefer someone who is extremely knowledgeable with web programming, coding, back-end, front-end, algarhythms, integration, etc. The launch will be Jan. 2017. I prefer someone who is local. I am looking to deal directly with you, no middle person. The project will require support after launch. Your ability to communicate well will be a key factor of consideration. Focus must be on this project, so if you are too busy with other projects, I respect that... please do not reply. You must provide verifiable past works, three examples minimum, maybe more. Project will commence by Feb. 29, and will continue with agreed-on milestone dates . Payments to be made in conjunction with milestone achievements, no advances whatsoever. However, I am open to Negotiating terms. Budget is negotiable, but budget is limited more to the low-end. Negotiable. Open for discussion. In closing, this is a big project for the right person. I am open to discussing a lifetime arrangement for you and this start-up. An NDA will be required signed. This start-up will only succeed if your contribution & knowledge are exceptional.
