Build an Online Store ~

Complete site with shopping cart. The base platform you use doesn't matter to me, I'm familiar with most if not all of them. As long as we can accomplish my needs but it will need to have a very strong backend. I need to be able to track inventory, generate shipping documents, add shipment tracking information to order, perform customer maintenance. Cart/Inventory will need ability to place items on pre-order system in place where customers can order pre order items and be billed today. Subject to any final billing of any additional shipping changers at time of shipment. Editable report to modify all "pre-order items on one page, change title, estimated delivery date, change status. Cart will need to have auto adjusting inventory, so once things are bought it reduces the amount available. If item goes out of stock, the item will default to the next pre-order arrival date if it is setup in the item edit page to do so. Items will need to have multiple pictures, include dimensions, price etc.. User accounts for staff with different permissions. Shipping will also need to have option for weekend pickups. Ability to easily add, edit items. Move items from one order to another. Reports tracking upon receipt of inventory listing any pre orders that need to be shipped. Needs to be adaptive mobile friendly and have a basic seo structure setup. It will need a manageable newsletter program included, where users can signup and I can login to email deals, notices to all or just specific people, in HTML format. It will need to have a verification process Tax calculation Banner campaign program Will need a help system, live chat and ticket system Tied to PayPal Payments with return back to site with landing page Shipping calculation, with zone rates based on size of shipment by country. Full user/customer panel to view order status, update info etc.. Tied into to all our Social media networks Contact us page with google map Color scheme Is Black, White, Silver or Dark Grey & Red Comparable sites....
