The key format is that when we have a new article to post, we add it to the site and all the other articles drop down, similar to blogs like [url removed, login to view] and engadget.com.

A rough sketch of the site

Combination Gizmodo/Engadget/tech bargain with industry news specific to the TV market

Deals- The hot deals from online retailers. We get from other sites and email newsletters. Once we sign up for affiliate programs, we will get $$ from people who click through and buy the TVs

News- TV industry specific news . We get from trade magazines and websites. We always tie back into a current model and steer people to buy that TV

Submit your deal- by harnessing the power of the internet we can expand the number of good deals. We will have a standard form for people to fill out, so all the submittals come to our mailbox, we verify them and then post them. The incentive for them is that they get a certain % of all affiliate sales (25%?) on each deal they refer.

Research- Spec sheets fro all TVs past and current by all manufacturers. There will be 2 links for those pages; 1 for the manufacturers page for the TV and one for [url removed, login to view] or other online retailer to get affiliate credit.

Front page will have mixture off all these categories to keep the site "fresh" and updated.

We will also sell banner ads/ PPC ads to generate other revenue

We will get people to the site initially with PPC ad buying, and link/site referrals and banner exchanges.

Please let me know the time frame, budget estimate and what else you would need from me.
