Add jquery Lightbox to Website and Fix Navigation Menu Resizing

I need this jquery lightbox added to a website. ([login to view URL]). I would like to be able to click on an image and have a lightbox popup with a youtube video, and some text below. This site is built with a template that already uses jquery code. I think that is what somehow prevents me from implementing this. Also, when resizing the browser window, the horizontal navigation bar drops below the site logo. This is because the site logo moves too far to the right at some smaller browser sizes. This seems to happen at 1213px width. When the browser is small enough, the navigation collapses and is replaced by the three lines on the right side of the screen. This seems to happen at 781px width. Example images provided. I would like the horizontal navigation to stay to the right of the site logo, until the browser window is small enough that it collapses into the three lines. I don't want it to drop below. Please let me know you have read and understand my project. Don't just copy and paste a generic reply.
