Add CSS Hover Animations to a HTML page

Hello freelancers! I have a website home page that I designed myself in HTML5. It's just a single home page demo design. You can check it over here: [login to view URL] I want couple of modern CSS3/JavaScript hover animations added to this page on certain elements in order to make it interactive and more beautiful, and few minor fixes. Please check the attached documentation ([login to view URL]) for the list and better understanding of what I need. These are all minor things and shouldn't be a problem for a professional and experienced designer/developer. I need this to be done asap as this shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours to do it. I won't pay more than $20 for this project as it's a simple project. You must check the attached documentation to get the scope of the project and bid accordingly. What I can provide you with: - .AI and .PSD file of the page, if you need it. - The .html and .css files and image files for you to work on. What I need from you: - All the things mentioned in the attached documentation for under $20 and within 5-6 hours - The page should look professional and the experience should be seamless on this page. Terms and Conditions: - Bids higher than $20 will be ignored. - Automated and bids with premade generic proposals will be ignored. - I won't entertain if you ask for more money in future before handing over the files to me. You'll get a negative feedback and a dispute will be filed. - Milestone will only be released only after I get the files and verify everything to my satisfaction.
