I have a few templates I want to check out the possibility to use for a specific website concept.
The user of this website will either:
1) Register a project.
2) Join a project.
It will be a version of this website, although much more simplistic:
1) No payments for the users.
2) Searchable projects on geographic LOCATION, SUBJECT etc.
I have a graphic idea of the design and illustrations/photos to be used, and need a programmer to set up the page ready-to-go.
Budget for this project is hard to estimate, as it depends on if the site can be developed from one of the templates that I have in mind.
First of all I want to establish contact with a programmer with Joomla experience, to see the possibilities regarding the project. The right person is welcome to become a long term/permanent part of this project, taking care of updates and maintenance of the site.
