The Ashland Food Project requires a freelancer to set up a website and relational database to manage the information flow for our local non-profit food collection system. The finished product must be easily exported to other communities so that they can set up their own food project using this platform.
Attached is a comprehensive project description (RFP). If you wish to offer your services, please provided a response based on your reading of the content of the RFP in detail. We are looking for a fixed price bid that includes development of the website and database, all documentation, debugging and minor modifications after delivery, and a reasonable amount of user/administrator training.
Please submit a fixed price bid, outlining your proposed software platforms. Identify your skills and any previous projects you have done that are similar. Provide references. Provide a fixed date for completion.
Thanks for your interest. We welcome any questions you may have and look forward to your bid.
The budget numbers posted with this request are placeholders only and have no necessary relation to the final award price we pay.
