This is a website to receive and manage applications to courses. The website will have three interfaces: one for students, one for administrators and one for annonymous users.
Students can only apply to courses.
Admins can create student accounts, upload course batches, assign students to course batches, download student applications to courses, block further applications to a course batch and upload results. Almost all admin actions are done through CSV files.
Annonymous users can check the result of the application process.
The algorithm that assigns students to courses is NOT part of this project.
