Brand new full service website

I want you to build me a website just like [login to view URL] for a different service with totally different content, photo's words etc... And I want the shopping cart/quote design to be like this [login to view URL] - go to this website and put in US zip code 14026 Hit Quote... than enter 10 Main St, Otto NY 14766 . The data under the address like house size, type etc... to get to a price, I will supply all of those questions to you Now notice it says can't find that address, select the PO box. This functionality we want. It appears to be looking for valid US addresses. Now notice the shopping cart design, the options to add other services, select different service levels etc.. For the rest of the website it should look exactly like and function exactly like [login to view URL] the upper lower links, contact us... everything should be identical. I am ok with changing buttons etc... but this look and feel and flow is easy and clean. at [login to view URL] we cannot see their CMS because we need a log in. But we want what they say they have at the previous link. We will need full CMS mgmt solution so we have admin capability. Lost passwords recovery included etc... everything I will supply you with the photos and the content, the logo and the hosting facility information to load your files. I will supply you with the payment gateway and shopping cart technologies as needed and agreed to which ones we should use. I don't have any of this now so i look to you to help me decide which ones are cost effective and can get the job done. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PRODUCE THIS LEVEL OF WEBSITE.
