We have a website design based off a wordpress template ( [login to view URL] ). I need the site to be set-up and built as per PDF attached. We will supply all content / images / PSD files of graphic elements required. If needed will purchase templatemonster to speed things up. We will supply hosting details. Another option would be to create this in Squarespace where the existing site is. The design / layouts can be changed to suit webiste layouts / modules.
