Create wordpress template for existing site from PSD

You should have experience and examples of clean, W3C css/html wordpress templates you have completed before. The wordpress site is already online and has a number of posts. You will be creating a new template and installing it onto the existing site. You will be adding a navigation menu to the header of the site, but this navigation will link to external pages and will not be concerned with the posts. The existing wordpress posts are presented below the header in a blog format with archive links to previous posts in the sidebar. Template should work as follows: -rss/youtube/twitter/facebook buttons in header image need to function as links -repeatable background image so blog can expand downward and scroll -implement rounded text boxes that will work on all browsers (firefox, IE6, safari, etc.) -fonts: header: font: ginga top nav: font: Times italic color: cdc7bd, hover: ffffff footer: font: Times size: 9px color: cdc7bd hover: ffffff I will supply you with a list of the nav links, the psd file, the background image, the ginga font and wordpress login credentials upon selection of a bidder. I need someone that can start right away and be available to communicate consistently until the project is complete.
