CSS Changes to Wordpress Website

Hi there, I am looking for some css changes to a website. A screenshot of the website is attached. I want to change the colour/look and feel to more or less the exact same as www.home-saver[dot]ie. Basically the attached website website will change so that it is more or less the same as home-saver. It will change in the following ways: - Background will change to a lighter blue (gradient style) - Make the logo and slogan on the top of the page smaller (the same size as home [login to view URL]) and the menu will be brought up to the same div as the logo, same as home-saver. - Change the layout of the phone number and date to match home-saver.ie. - The menu itself will be made into the same shape and style as home-saver. - A callback form will be added to the right of the slider. Red will be changed to a lighter grey. - Boxes under the slider should be changed to the same as home-saver. Please ensure that the entire button is clickable. - Make the white section at the top of the page smaller so that the 3 images/divs under the slider can be moved above the fold. - Text on the home-page should be reduced and the page should be shorter as a result. We will provide you a link on our server and give you login details/ftp details, etc.. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY BUDGET IS $40 AND I EXPECT THAT YOU CAN BID WITHIN THIS. Anyone bidding more will not be considered. Also, we would expect that you can begin immediately. Please bid early. Note that we would expect you to make some final changes based on client's feedback on your initial work. Thank you
