Batch Video Maker Program Using AfterEffects or similar

I need a program to make (flash?/ adobe ) videos in batches For each line in a spreadsheet a new video will be created: The program will grab a keyword from first column grab text from the second column grab EACH image from the folder path in the third column grab image from the folder path in the fourth column grab an alphabetised list of words from a text box area of the interface. There will be some word-animation involving the keyword and the list of words -most of the complexity of the project- I'll explain this later - and randomised text effects/image effects in AfterEffects. Each video will output as some format and size appropriate for YouTube with a file name assembled from the fifth column of the spreadsheet. An optional animated gif should be able to be output in the same manner. All durations showing images/animation etc should be adjustable variables (taking their values from the spreadsheet too). Please let me know an animal that likes trees so I know you've read this far and also send me an example of similar videos / programs you've made. I currently don't have after effects running on my machine so please explain how this program will work.
