I have an existing website (which I assume I can't post here?) it is a guide for the Bulgarian Ski resorts, there are 17 and most people (if they have heard of Bulgaria) know of 4. I am looking to integrate a booking portal for my site, and here is where I need my own bespoke package.
I want a booking portal that has multiple (unlimited) back office sites, so, that for an annual fee, holiday home owners can list their own property (with up to 6 automatically re-sized pictures) and descriptions, I want each owner to be able to manage rates/availability/optional paid services and for all payments to be made directly to the owner by paypal etc (any thoughts on that would be welcome) and confirmation of booking and payment to be made online instantly.
I want editorial control over listings and to be able to edit them myself as well as a whole database.
I know these things exist already but they are reseller items, too complicated and for the Bulgarian market, too expensive!
There needs to be a search facility based on either/and/or price range (euro only is acceptable) arrival/departure dates. Number of occupants, number of apartments/rooms in one complex (for group bookings.
I had a product provider lined up, they let me down and time is.....well, up.
Clean simple diary system, online realtime booking, direct with owner through our portal, questions on a postcard :-)
