CRM loyalty multiple log on and administration levels

The system comprises of one store website which I own. I will sublets these website space to tenants. My website store keep listings, banners of all products and services, all promotions, hot deals. The store website should manage the customer spending and manage reward points. There must have an Content manage system, CRM. I am the system owner and allow my tenant to sign in to manage their loyalty points with the end customers. End consumers can logon to purchase on line shopping with eCommerce or consume their loyalty point system. it also allows purchase of the items on the web and accummulate points. There must have also dynamic site creation.
