create a .php login page and user profile page with an auto-profile creaton

Hi, we need a login page to be designed. The entire project deals with .php [automatic redirect and update to user profile.] This is for a company's website, that needs its user to sign up and login, so an user profile must be created automaticaly when somebody do the sign up, and they must redirect to there perticular profile. Each user has a particular amount[$] in his profile. So this need to be updated automaticaly. The .php must handle the things as per needed, and it must re-direct the user to his particular profile. Further an axtra folder must be created for storing the data of users ie... all the user data must be stored in a single folder. All the things needed must be used including .css etc. Any sugestions are welcomed and bid if and only if you can do this job aproprietly. Ask questions if there is any doubt. Thank you.
