the site should send an e-mail to the list of addresses each time a new deal becomes active.
it should have a main deal as well as space on the side of the page to display other deals.
i want the deal to be designated to be the main deal for a specified time at which time it will go to the archive of deals that are still active but no longer designated as the main deal.
The cms must be easy to use.
I should be able to create admin, user, merchant accounts in the admin and manage all of these and their activity.
there will be paypal as well as [url removed, login to view] on the site to take payment.
merchants who offer deals should be able to retrieve a sales and accounting report.
I know there are clone codes available and that is fine but IT MUST WORK. I don't have time to debug a program that should already be ready to run.
I want the programmer to be available from gmt 1200 until gmt 1900 during the duration of the time you will be given to work.
the email client for the daily deal will be either mail chimp or constant contacts.
The server is running php.
VERY IMPORTANT..... The site must not look like the other famous daily deal sites.
