Custom Built Shopping Cart for Laundry Service

I am looking for a custom shopping cart solution for a laundry and dry cleaning delivery service [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin]. We have been using VirtueMart and find it too cumbersome with too many steps involved in making an order and checking out. The point is that it is not a good user experience. Ideal user experience: They register (1st entry: service address, name, special notes or requests, laundry or dry cleaning preferences selected), select a product (schedule a service date or enroll in a monthly plan at a fixed price (with possible additional charges if usage limit is exceeded) , and provide payment information. Customers should be able to view their order history and payment history. Additionally, the system will not function as a traditional shopping cart software because customers are charged after we pickup their order. My people need to access the site on the back end to charge the customer's card. The cart should also have one time and automatic billing features with customer emailed reminders (payment about to be processed).
