Auto Repair Locator and Rating website

Hi all, Rating Site for Auto Shops We need a site inspired by tripadvisor, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or yelp (something better than [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but along the same idea) with the capability to search for repair shops using a map (google map?), or by matching criteria such as location, postal code etc. The site is preferred to be in joomla, but can use any thing as long as full details of usage are provided. The site needs to have "instant" ratings, similar to tripadvisor, but the ability for complaints to be addressed in the same page/thread. There needs to be space for banner ads along the top, side and middle. It also has to be google ad friendly. The site needs to be able to capture data from readers and have the ability to offer different levels of access. The admin must be able to monitor and edit entries. There must be the ability to post stories on the front page as well as internal links for lists and things to do when looking for a shop. It has to look ultra modern and have a forum. Will pay a bonus for good work. I Will work with bidder on a weekly basis on progress and updates/changes that need to be made. will pay by milestone increments.
