Place Body Content from PSD mock into Amazon Webstore, Fix Site Logo Margins and change buttom themes

I am looking for someone to correctly code in my design for the new Amazon Webstore I am launching for one of my businesses. The placement is going to be in the body content and footer of the website. I have the PSD file ready to go with all necessary assets and I am simply looking for an individual to hand code our design to our production file on our Amazon Webstore. With that said, I will supply the username and temporary password to make these adjustments as outlined below. I am enclosing images of our current progress and what we would like to be as a finished product for the homepage. Please note that there are only 3 portions of this projects: 1.) Body Content Categories - Coding, background bounding boxes with drop shadows and Image placements for 'Featured Product Categories'/Body Content section of our home page. This entails SEO friendly coding that includes Alt. Tags for the Category images, links and ensuring that the text is not merged into the layer images. As a recurring theme, you will see that we are in the infancy of the product and category implementation on this website so all links need to be pointed to the home page and will be modified later by us as we refine the website. 2.) Site Logo - As you can see in the enclosed image of our current homepage that our Site Logo is misaligned and we need the inline margins to be modified without affecting any other contents on the entire set of pages on the site. I would like the site logo to be 40px Margin-Top and -32px Margin-Bottom. I have tried to locate the coding to correct but I am a novice at best if you may have already noticed and the "inline" coding is well beyond my means. 3.) Footer Structure - As outlined in the mock-ups we want it to be a 4 column structure with evenly spaced columns that DO NOT extend beyond the contents ends of the site. Again this needs to be correctly coded with appropriate header tags and the color scheme needs to stay as close to mock up as possible. Again, create all the links for each string of text beneath the headers and point them to home page as we will modify them later as we progress. As I eluded to earlier I am a novice at best at this and there will be several more projects that will result from quality work being completed on this job as I have several businesses that we will be converting to Amazon Webstore's over the coming months. I am looking for quick, cost efficient and quality work. My goal is for these changes to be completed by mid next week...
