Customize and Enhance Template Monster Template

I am looking for someone who can do an excellent job customizing the following template and uploading it to the hosting account. The template is: [login to view URL] 1. We would like to change the color scheme - by infusing elements of blue tones and sporadic greys. 2. We would like to have only five pages (not including the Privacy Policy page which we wish to keep): The names of the pages will be Home, About Us, Job Seekers, Employers and Contact Us 3. Instead of the two unequal columns at the bottom of the home page (solutions showcase and recent solutions), we would like three equally spaced columns (Education, Health, Petrochemical/Refinery) 4. We would like to change the pictures that appear on the moving screen. We will supply the pictures. Text will need to be added. 5. For the other pages, we pretty much to add text. We are looking to choose someone within the next 1-2 days and will go with someone who can offer a good price and fast turnaround time.
