I am a designer that has created 14 layered PSDs that I require to be converted into HTML so they can be demoed as a mockup website. Each PSD contains layers named 'markup' that provide information on what needs to become rollovers, buttons and links. All fonts have been rastered, and all layers have been named clearly. Markups only instruct to popup a layer image, rollover to show a layer image, or click to go to another page. I require no button states or animations, fields etc. Just a simple basic functioning (link-wise) website.
