Brochure Website

Hi I'l looking for someone to design a website for me. Nothing too complicated. Its basically a site based on the attached brochure. There is a holding page up at the moment to show a simple idea. We will need to change the content and pics from time to time so this needs to be a feature that we can do myself, i have moderate web design and cms knowledge. Its basically going to be a site that allows visitors to look through the pics, read verses and give them product information on all the cards we do, we will be extending the content in due course and adding more items so the home page needs to be some way universal but still keeping in with the theme. There is to be an area for visitors to also download the brochure and the order form, we may want an option for them to fill out the order form on line also but this is undecided. All the pics, icons, logos, text and verses will be supplies pre typed and in individual files. Their is also the indesign file of the brochure and order form available We have a very limited budget for this but their will be a few more sites coming up. The awarded person will also be given the job in a few months to redesign and redevelop another site [login to view URL] to which their will be a much larger budget for.
