I am looking for a Mobile App that would work on most platforms. Basically a dictionary APP that pops up an answer when someone puts a word or term in. Example: someone puts in Diabetes then a pop up would appear with information on Diabetes and maybe a hyperlink for more information. Would like to use MySQL as backend and be able to have this app/website talk to that SQL database so we can continue to add terms.
