Build a web site - Get paid to surf the web

Getting paid to surf the web is coming back, in fact it is in the pre launch stage as I write this, a throw back from the pre dot com crash when the first company to start paying people to surf the net grew from zero to thirteen million users in the first twelve months, the number of people using the internet now compared to back in the 90's has increased massively so the growth gate when this launches will be phenomenal.
