Convert Wordpress Theme to Joomla Template

There is a theme built for Wordpress that I need to be converted to be used in Joomla 1.5. It has 18 different looks with different colors for each look. I would need someone to basically copy it to work as an install in joomla with all of the positions available. Additional things needed: 1. Change the colors so they are not exact. 2. Make the total width editable in the template menu 3. Make the side columns editable in the template menu 4. Make sure the source code does not appear to be the same as the original.
