Cartoonist/Cartoon Artist/Designer For E commerce Store

I will be selling Men's, Women's, & Childrens clothing & accessories I need a cartoon designed splash page, very eye catching. The customer clicks "Enter Site" and comes in to my E commerce store. I would like a cartoon banner that is very creative. I want a toned down look more of a store feel once the customer clicks into the store.
