Designer with HTML knowledge to design html email newsletter

I'm looking for a professional and experienced designer with html knowledge. I'm a photographer with a portfolio website and I send out regular photo newsletters to my clients. My knowledge of html coding/design is limited. I have redesigned my website and am now looking for two email newsletters to be designed in the same style as my website. I will be using Campaign Monitor to send this email newsletter. I will provide url links to 2 sample newsletter styles. From these designs, you will need to write the html code that I can use to create an email newsletter. Although I am asking for two design styles, the only difference is the width/height of the images, so basically you are designing one newsletter and then making some minor adjustments to create a second style. Here is an example of what I would like designed in a format that I can upload and send using Campaign Monitor. The logo and images need to be links to files hosted on my website. Some of the images (eg the logo in the header and footer, advertisement and grey email and facebook icons) also include hyperlinks. [login to view URL] I need to be able to edit the html template for each newsletter, so that I can change the images that I feature in each newsletter. I will also sometimes add or remove some of the larger images. I have a reasonable understanding of how to edit a pre-written html template that I have had previously had designed for me.
