The following is for a website that will be written in HTML5 & CSS. The login box & client page will need to match the CSS of the rest of the website. This website is for a gas station that is required by the government to issue receipts to all of their clients and keep a copy online for their clients to print out for tax time. I need a customer login on the front page of my website with the usual option: username, password, (forgot password, forgot username). The first time they login I need them to login with their government ID number. They must be forced to create a username & password after logging in. And I need the clients to enter to a client management page. Where they can see a list of all their past receipts. (see attached screenshot). I need a way to separate their receipts by month and list them in reverse chronological order. Each receipt needs an option to download & print(pdf). Also I need an option to print all the receipts in a month maybe 4 per page(for tax purposes). The navigation box on the left is in case in the future I would like to link accounts (business & personal). I will be receiving all information in XML and pdf format. I need recommendations as far as how to upload the information to an SQL database on my server as well as some test data needs to be entered.
