I have prepared an image showing the layout and graphic objects I want on a web site. I need this converted into a html page and re-usable css file. The html and css MUST BE CLEAN and simple, I don't want to see css sections that are not actually used by the html page. I need to be able to easily follow the css and the various sections of the html page must be clearly separated to I can manage the content inside these easily. The main banner must be used as a background image to that section and the table/text floating above it. The actual text and values within the page are not important, they are there for reference only, but the font size and colour must be the same as in the image provided. I do NOT need the design to be responsive.
